CASHBACK EVERYDAY AND LUCKY DRAW

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cashback Everyday and Lucky Draw (Campaign) are organized by Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman (Organizer). By Participating in this Campaign, the participants hereby is agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions made by Amir Ridzuan Othman.

1. Eligibility

a. This Campaign is open to all individual who have bought takaful with Amir Ridzuan Othman, which is a Corporate Takaful Agent.

  b. Individual who is at least 18 of age and a citizen of Malaysia shall only be qualified as a participant when he performs a motor or non-motor takaful renewal transaction with Amir Ridzuan Othman either for himself or for others.

c. The Campaign is starting from 1 April 2021 till 30 December 2021, the participant could become one of the lucky winner and be rewarded with up to 5% CashBack when you spend a minimum of RM100 per transaction and with every RM100 transaction, are eligible one (1) entry for Lucky draw.

2. Cashback Mechanis and Conditions

a. Eligible Participants must perform motor or non-motor takaful renewal transaction through Amir Ridzuan Othman with total amount payable worth RM100 and above within the schedule during the Renewal Period.

b. The CashBack is calculated based on the following:

Minimum Total Amount Payable CashBack Maximum CashBack Amount

    RM100                 3%     RM15

    RM500                 5%     RM50

3. Lucky Draw Mechanics and Conditions

a. The Lucky Draw will be conducted via Facebook Live on 31 December 2021 at Open Sales - Malaysia Facebook pages and the time will be set and announced by the Organizer,

b. Eligible Participants must perform motor or non-motor takaful renewal transaction through Amir Ridzuan Othman with total amount payable worth RM100 and above within the schedule during the Renewal Period,

c. Every RM100 amount payable will be count as one (1) Luckdy Draw entry. If the participants pays RM310, the participant will get three (3) Lucky Draw entries, or the participants pay RM299, the participant will get two (2) Lucky Draw entries,

d. Eligible participants are required to watch or respond through Facebook comments during the Facebook Live Lucky Draw.

4. Prize and Selection of Winners

a. Two (2) categories of prizes:

i.  Cashback prize – participant who performs perform motor or non-motor takaful renewal transaction(s) through Amir Ridzuan Othman with total amount payable worth RM100 and above within the schedule during the Renewal Period;

ii. Lucky Draw – participant who performs motor or non-motor takaful renewal transaction(s) through Amir Ridzuan Othman with total amount payable worth RM100 and above before the latest Lucky Draw is conducted; and who respond within the given time after the lucky number given is announced.

b. Lucky Draw prize may vary due to stock availability; thus, similar prize(s) may be replaced. Prize is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winner as verified by Open Sales - Malaysia (“Winners”).

c. Open Sales - Malaysia reserves the absolute right to select the winner, dispute will not be entertained.

d. Winners are required to collect the prize(s) at the location proposed by the Organizer unless valid reason is provided in writing. Winners who fail to comply may result in prize(s) forfeited.

5. Announcement of Winners

a. Winners’ names will be announced by the host(s) instantly on the Facebook Live Lucky Draw and published on Open Sales - Malaysia Facebook Page or in any form of media that Organizer may choose at its absolute discretion.

b. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman.

6. General Terms & Conditions

a. Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman shall not be responsible or held liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of technical failures of any kind whatsoever, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human error in the administration and/or submitting and creating the video performed via the Eligible Channel and/or the determination of the Participants eligibility for the Prize.

b. The selection of winners will be made by Open Sales - Malaysia. All matters relating to this Lucky Draw, including the determination of Winners, is final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, protests or appeals will be entertained.

c. Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman reserves the right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Lucky Draw or any part thereof within fourteen (14) days via Open Sales - Malaysia Facebook Pages and/or through any other mode in the absolute discretion of Open Sales - Malaysia.

d. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination by Open Sales - Malaysia shall not entitle the Eligible Participants or any other persons whatsoever to any claim or compensation against Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination.

e. Open Sales - Malaysia shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any customer as a result of any customer participating in this Lucky Draw. Furthermore, Open Sales - Malaysia shall not be liable for any default of this obligation under the Lucky Draw due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman.

f. Open Sales - Malaysia may at its discretion disqualify/reject any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with the Lucky Draw and/or its process or the operation of this Lucky Draw. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the Lucky Draw and/or the Eligible Channels.

g. Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on the Participants and be deemed to be brought to their attention through any notice displayed at Open Sales - Malaysia Facebook page.

h. Eligible Participants also agree and consent to such details including without limitation personal data or information being processed and used by Open Sales - Malaysia and Amir Ridzuan Othman for:

i.   The purposes of the Lucky Draw;

ii.  Marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as Open Sales - Malaysia deems fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Eligible Participant. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well responses and related photographs. In this regard, each Eligible Participant agrees to co-operate and participate without further express consent and/or payment or consideration, in all reasonable advertising and publicity activities of Open Sales - Malaysia in relation to the Lucky Draw; and

iii. Other promotional, marketing and publicity notification/information including future promotional, marketing and publicity notification/information from Open Sales - Malaysia from time to time.
